How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merch that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

 

When will my order be processed?

All order and processed and handled by Terry and the team at HQ. Please allows extra time for your order during sale seasons and holiday periods. We process orders 7 days a week and will be fulfilled within 3 days from the order date and shipped the next day after the day it is processed. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 working days to process, then 1-5 working days to receive you package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
