Shipping policy

Shop RCLTD ships anywhere in New Zealand, and Worldwide. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public  Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-4 working days.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders
NZ Posts, NZ Couriers 

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shop RCLTD does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand
